First of all wonderful customer service, fast polite and took care of my concern immediately.The box does take some knowledge of putting things together that are square, such as not tightening everything until your bolts are all at least threaded by hand, I did have to bend the tabs for the lid to straighten them to make everything operate smoothly but this was accomplished fairly easily with a set of pliers and some attention to detail.It may not be the most durable box but when handled with respect it should last and at this point has kept my items dry. Velcro inner liner is great overall very pleased with the purchase and extremely satisfied with the customer service.Does the job holds a ton of things for the pool, matches our sectional and patio dining set.Highly recommend…it has wheels too!I looked long and hard for a deck box with these dimensions and it did not disappoint. Easy to assemble (although the directions suck, it’s literally a box… you don’t really need directions) and looks great. The plastic lined top and fabric water resistant lining kept my outdoor cushions dry even when the box was in full rain. I actually really like the lining because it velcroes securely into place but I can easily take it out and wash it out at the end of the season.Update I’ve had this for a couple months and it has kept cushions completely dry through many rain storms! I really am happy with it. I Intend to wash the liner at the end of the year but honestly it has been completely dry so farWOW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY! Terrible, terrible product. Terrible, terrible customer service. Cheaply made. It arrived damaged (both the cheap plastic “rattan” was broken and the poorly welded metal was bent). Screws don’t all fit, so then we had to use a different size to adapt, but then the other screws don’t fit, the handle is broken and it doesn’t close correctly. The customer service was terrible and rude. When I told them the problems and pointed out that it is now listed on Amazon for $20 cheaper than when we bought it, they gave me a BS response about how they are losing money on it. They offered a measly $10 discount (tax alone was $11.40!). So insulting. It was more of a hassle than what it was worth to disassemble and swap out parts or to return the product (should’ve just dropped it off at FedEx fully assembled and shipped it back as-is). It was so hard to put together that I dreaded taking it apart. Should’ve shipped back instead of trying to make it try to work. I don’t usually take the time to write such in-depth reviews like this, but people should know what they are getting into (and avoid at all costs!). What a crock.Chose this storage for outdoor cushions because the of its look & color…Looks are deceiving. When it finally arrived & I had time to assemble, the frame was bent, but I straightened it. I got to the lid, but only one side had hinge, no holes to attach a handle and half of the locking latch. The liner looks very cheap too…Though still in the bag. This product is overall, very poor quality & I’m disappointed to have wasted time waiting & hours trying to make it work. I have requested a refund & dread having to take it apart, box it, etc…I would just throw it out!The seller expect us to return the item at our cost. This is a very large box. Should not be our responsibility.My husband sat putting this together for a couple of hours, only to learn that it doesn’t even close properly. The mechanism to close it doesn’t workThis is cheaply made. The metal lock piece was broken in the box and the woven plastic sticks out in places. It just looks cheap!
